Dr. Archil Kubaneishvili
CEO and Founder
Dr. Kubaneishvili has spent a lifetime working in the civil engineering industry in Georgia. In the early stages of his career, he was involved in the design and construction of bridges across Georgia, as well as the general Caucasus region. After completing his doctoral thesis at the Georgian Research Institute of Engineering and Power Structures, he became a senior researcher within the Reinforced Concrete Structures Department, which focussed on materials testing and major civil engineering structures within Georgia, and the general Caucasus region.

Having been involved with a large number of projects during his career, Dr. Kubaneishvili has particular expertise in the construction and maintenance of hydroelectric power stations in Georgia, which are the primary source of electrical power within the country. Additionally, Dr. Kubaneishvili has an in-depth knowledge of bridge construction and prestressed concrete beams, as well as many other civil engineering structures such as chimney stacks, retaining walls and the structures necessary for power transmission lines etc.

In terms of academic research and patents, Dr. Kubaneishvili has published some 115 academic papers in the subject area and is also a long-time Associate Professor at the Georgian Technical University in Tbilisi. Moreover, he has been the co-inventor of several patents (i.e. US4196551 A) granted in the USA, Germany & Japan, and has been a regular participant at various International conferences.

Dr. Aleksandre Iuriatini
Deputy CEO
Dr. Iuriatini has several decades of experience with civil engineering in Georgia, initially working for “Georgian State Projects”, which was involved with general civil engineering projects in Georgia. In particular, during this period, he was involved with the management and construction of various industrial buildings. Dr. Iuriatini then undertook his doctoral thesis at the Georgian Research Institute of Engineering and Power Structures, while working on the design and construction of the tunnel linings at the Enguri, Zhinvali and Laganuri hydroelectric power stations.

Since his early work above, Dr. Iuriatini has been involved with a wide range of civil engineering projects and has particular expertise with quality control, materials testing and prestressed concrete beam design and testing.

Dr. Iuriatini has published some 40 academic papers, most recently in April of 2014, for the International EnergyOnline journal published in Georgia, and is a regular participant at various international conferences.

Quality Control Manager
Dr. Menagarishvili is a graduate of the Georgian Technical University and holds a doctoral degree from the Georgian Research Institute of Power Engineering and Power Structures. His early career was involved with the “Georgian Water Industry Research Institute”, where he was primarily involved with land amelioration systems. Subsequently, he moved to the Georgian Research Institute of Engineering and Power Structures where he undertook his doctoral degree on the enhancement of safety in complex power structures.

Dr. Menagarishvili then moved on to head the quality control department for the construction of the Kutaisi-Zestaponi–Samtredia highway. Since then, he has been involved with a large number of civil engineering projects and has particular expertise with materials testing quality control standards and procedures.
